If you would like to make a booking more than seven days ahead, please request through the "Bookings" page. Bookings with less than seven days notice need to be requested by email to [email protected].
Once you get to the page, click on the blue + sign at the top of that date, fill out the details to make the request. (If you get the message "The dates of this booking clash with other dates in the calendar, or they don't end after they begin", ensure that the finish time is after the start time.)
Once that's done, an invoice will be sent and when that is paid, the booking will be confirmed.

Facilities at the Hall include:
"The object of the Charity shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Sedlescombe and the surrounding neighbourhood, (hereinafter called "the area of benefit") without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants” (Sedlescombe Village Hall CIO Constitution, 29th September 2023).
Sedlescombe Village Hall was completed in 2001 and updated and improved in 2020 and 2021
We have a main hall with adjoining modern commercial style kitchen, plus a smaller room which may be booked separately or in conjunction with the main hall.
Regular user groups use the hall on most days and we welcome bookings for parties, weddings and other functions.
Is also used for Parish Council Meetings, as a Polling Station for both local and national elections and as an Influenza vaccine hub by our local Sedlescombe Surgery.

- 3m x 2m projection screen at front of stage + a smaller screen for use in side room or on side wall of main hall.
- Small Projector may be available (by arrangement in advance)
- Use of Installed Cinema style projector and large screen is available by arrangement at a cost of £50 per day
