Booking online closes 7 days beforehand. For bookings up to 7 days from now email Bookings@... with details
Click on the blue + sign at the top of that date, fill out the details to make the request. (If you get the message "The dates of this booking clash with other dates in the calendar, or they don't end after they begin", ensure that the finish time is after the start time.)
Once that's done, an invoice will be sent and the booking will be confirmed when paid.
